Raising Hare was my favorite book from last year! You described it beautifully! Love the pairing too!

It really took me by surprise — the loveliest!!

Raising Hare was soooo good; it made me want to move to the English countryside immediately and befriend the wildlife (in an ethical way). We actually have a bunny who lives in our backyard this year, and I think about the book every time I see her little while tail hopping into the bushes when I come out the back door. I loved everything you paired with it—perfection!

Truly!! We live a pretty pastoral life and even I was wondering what more I could be doing. I want my entire life to be the long slow exhale that is Raising Hare. Beautiful.

LOVE! Raising Hare is so special. Beautiful review and now I need to go buy these accessories and channel Chloe Dalton on the English countryside

That pasta is a lifesaver! (my version is even simpler with just a squeeze of fresh lemon and parsley & chili in place of the olives, capers and preserved lemons. I am definitely adding capers next time!)

I never have preserved lemons on hand, but I love the pine nuts!! Definitely bringing it back into the regular rotation.
